Our staff of accredited and experienced professionals can help realize your goals for project sustainability, much like they did on the .  This LEED Gold project includes an onsite geothermal system that provides for over 50 percent of the building’s energy, a computerized system that helps control the amount of natural and artificial light in the building, and 7,500 SF of wood siding reclaimed from grain silos.

What is Sustainability? What is LEED?

Sustainable building or green building is used to describe the process of constructing a building in such a way that it minimizes or eliminates the impact on the environment.

This can be done through proper site selection, use of renewable energies, selection and installation of recycled goods, and use of natural lighting, heating and ventilation, to name a few. LEED is a rating system devised by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), that evaluates and certifies projects for building green.
