The Willows Apartments, built by Hemming Properties, includes the new construction of a 110,000 SF apartment complex. The facility supports the growing need for BYU-Idaho approved student housing, and provides 60 residential units. The four-story wood framed building was constructed above a post-tensioned concrete parking garage and features an EIFS, rock, and glazing exterior. On the interior, the building includes study, piano, and game rooms, a fitness center, lounges, and a theater room. Exterior amenities include grills and a fire pit in the courtyard and fully furnished balcony areas. Prior to construction, ÄϹ¬ÓéÀÖAPPÍøÕ¾ Construction Company also demolished and removed existing structures on the site to make way for the new apartments.
