The Teton Oasis Apartments, built for ALLR Development LLC, consist of 4 buildings that total 68,400 SF. The various buildings were constructed using conventional wood framing. A combination of wood and metal siding was utilized to provide exterior finishes. Quality materials were used in the units� interior design. Teton Oasis will provide an affordable, high quality housing option to the Idaho Falls area.
